1 Law:: and وراثت آگهي انحصار advertisement or notice of exclusive hereditary succession (in Iran, either of three periodical advertisements placed in a local journal or weekly at the order of a local court as part of the routine process of hereditary succession and in response to the petition of a private person or of his attorney to proclaim death of another person and the names of his/her legal heirs which, within a certain time limit, may be protested by any legal heir of the deceased whose name has been missed out in the advertisement, or who is in possession of a valid last will and testament of the deceased giving him successional rights, the advertisement being part of the legal process primarily for identifying legal heirs of a deceased person for successional purposes in Iran
