گزارش خطا در معنی کلمه 'رهن بدون مدت'

1 Law:: and رهن مطلق Welsh Mortgage : a mortgage in which there is no condition or proviso for payment at any time. The agreement is that the mortgagee, to whom the estate is conveyed, shall receive the rents till his debt is paid, and in such case the mortgagor and his representatives at liberty to redeem at any time. This last liberty is recognized for mortgagor in real property mortgages in Iran without being express in the mortgage deed.
