Pinterest allows members to "pin" items or images found on the Internet to a "pinboard," which can then be easily shared through an e-mail link or by following the creator.
After setting up the account, we created a new pinboard titled "Smiley Library New Books."
Now, as each new ac- quisition is cataloged, processed, and added to our new book collection, a picture can be snapped of the item, which can then be added to the pinboard (Figure 3.1).

Creating a new pinboard for this collection became the logical way to market the new movies and reinforce to the students that their fees were being put to good use.
