Such property comprising of natural woodlands and forests, natural groves, property of deceased person without an heir, personal property of heads of foreign countries defeated in war with Muslims, luxury prizes of war as well as handsome-looking vassals set aside by the Prophet or by any of the imams; also booties of war fought without the order of the imam; seas, oceans, natural rivers as well as fish and exploits of water including also pearls
