also علفخوار /a-laf-xâr/ n (dated) feudal fee for pasture : a fee unjustly levied on grazers by feudal lords in feudal times for allowing grazers to graze on pastures that did not truly belong to those lords. After the introduction of Landed Property Registration Act Law of Iran feudal lords attempted to establish property rights on those pastures on the strength of forged evidence but were unsuccessful.
