■ n, (fiqh) a married man having had at least one single intercourse with his wife, and also having or having had access to his wife at all times, or at a specific instance in question naturally excluding a married man traveling without his wife. Note : This word is used specifically when reference is made to adultery by a married man who has no excuse of his inaccessibility to his wife at the very instance of his adulterous act.
