Law::
/ارثگذارنده براي كسي/ devisor : a giver of lands or real estate by will; the maker of a will of lands; a testator ● One who makes or has made a testament or will; one who dies living a will. This term is borrowed from the civil law ● one who makes a will, and leaves legacies ● bequeather : Person who gives personal property to another. It, therefore is distinguishable from “devise,” which is properly used of realty. But if the context clearly shows the intention of the testator to use the word “bequeath” as synonyms with “devise,” it may be held to pass real property. HCB. Persian, is used in two distinctive senses: 1. one who dies having made a will , leaving legacy for someone. 2. person who has dies and left for heritage for his heirs with or without a law will and testament
