esp used in the phrase نسلاً بعد نسل (of a right, benefit, status) in perpetuity; continuing from generation to generation; continuing for ever; enjoyed (enjoyable or to be enjoyed) by all generations to come; to which the descendents of a person will be indefinitely entitled; for all future descendents of a person. NOTE : Persian has a very general meaning and unlike the English perpetuity does not necessarily pertain to real property, and is never a condition extending the inalienability of property, which in the Anglo-Saxon system of law, may be a condition extending the inalienability of property beyond the time of a life or lives in being plus 21 years.
