(اخطار مطالبه) n formal notice • summons : The person to whom a warranty is made (ie warrantee), before taking action against the warrantor, must notify the warrantor (ie the obligor or promisor) in writing informing him of the promise he has to fulfill. If the warrantee refuses to take delivery of the thing in his favor the ‘obligor’ or ‘promisor’ serves the same kind of notice on the warrantee. These notices or notifications may be in the form of court-registered notices (ie اظهارنامة ), registered mail or cablegram. In both circumstances the recipient of a notice must be given reasonable opportunity to fulfill that which he must fulfill
