Under WTO rules, investigations are made into antidumping charges on products that importing countries say are being sold at unfairly low prices and are harming their domestic industries (de Jonquieres, 2003; Prusa and Vermulst, 2015).
Though usually lower, antidumping duties as high as 454% have been assessed.
