Nouri (Borzouyeh) Petrochemicals Company (BPC), a company organized under the law of the Islamic Republic of Iran, having its registered office at South Pars Energy Economic Zone, Asaluyeh, the Islamic Republic of Iran (hereinafter referred to as "LICENSEE").
LICENSEE and LICENSOR hereinafter collectively referred to as "PARTIES" and individually as a "PARTY"
LICENSEE has a long standing experience in the business of production of Aromatics, and intends to modify its facilities located at Asaluyeh, Iran (hereinafter "LICENSEE'S SITE") for the purpose of building a new Condensate Heavy Ends Hydrotreatment Unit (hereinafter referred to as "PROJECT").
LICENSEE desires to procure, under LICENSEE's sole responsibility, the detailed engineering, procurement, expediting, inspection and construction of the UNIT at LICENSEE'S SITE from an international reputable engineering contractor (hereinafter "CONTRACTOR") .
LICENSEE desires to receive from LICENSOR license and right to practice the PROCESS for the purpose of the engineering, construction, operation and subsequent maintenance and repair of the UNIT.،
