اعطاکنندۀ مجوز، صادرکنندۀ پروانه
a) All sums payable to LICENSOR under this Agreement shall be paid in Euros by bank transfer within thirty (30) days from invoice date to the bank account specified on the invoice. .
c) Any sum received by LICENSOR under this Agreement shall be definitively acquired by LICENSOR.
f) Any sum received by LICENSOR under this Agreement shall be definitively acquired by LICENSOR.
Axens, a French company organized as a Soci�t� Anonyme and having its main office at 89 boulevard Franklin Roosevelt, 92500 Rueil-Malmaison, France (hereinafter referred to as "LICENSOR"); and
LICENSEE and LICENSOR hereinafter collectively referred to as "PARTIES" and individually as a "PARTY"
