11.19 People with complaints about the administrative actions of ACECQA and regulatory authorities may complain to the Education and Care Services Ombudsman (about ACECQA)
or the state or territory ombudsman of that jurisdiction (about regulatory authorities).
It is important to remember that an ombudsman will not look at the decision itself but rather the process by which the decision was reached.
