Many remarkable climate change features can be concluded from the GCM outputs by a simple quadrangle downscaling model (QDM) (S¸ en et al.
Although there are various existing models for climate change downscaling procedure from the GCM outputs to any local station position (such as Riyadh City location), herein QDM is proposed for monthly rainfall downscaling.
Fig. 6.14 indicates future minimum temperature predictions up to 2100 from NCAR-SRES-A2 scenario through QDM near Riyadh City.
